Nine months later, you’d be forgiven for totally forgetting everything about the Crash Bandicoot mobile title, but King hasn’t, and we finally have a release date for the game: March 25.
Pre-registration has been open for a while (Android | iOS), so you can already register for the game, which will ensure that the title will be available on your mobile when the game is released. But now we know that We only have a few more weeks to wait for the game to be released.
Will it be good?
It’s suspicious that we know so little about Crash Bandicoot: On The Run, but King has a reputation for producing popular mobile games (have you ever heard of Candy Crush?), So there’s cause for optimism.
We know the game is an endless runner type game, a busy genre popularized by Temple Run, in which you dodge obstacles rushing towards you while collecting currency. It is said that there are different levels of On The Run and other changes to the endless runner formula.
Still, you’ll be as blind as we are when you start the game on March 25. Hopefully fans of the series will enjoy the title.
