Bar Council member Pradeep Kumar Singh nominated as Inquiry Officer

The Civil Court stayed the June 25 decision to terminate the membership of the Central Bar Association. Also, setting up a one-member inquiry committee to investigate the matter, Bar Council member Pradeep Kumar Singh has been nominated as the Investigating Officer. A letter to this effect has been sent on behalf of Additional Superintendent of Bar Council Office, Virendra Kumar Singh to President and General Secretary Civil Court Central Bar Association as well as District Judge and District Magistrate and Advocates Daroga Singh and Vinod Kumar Singh. There was a wave of happiness as soon as the advocates in the court premises were informed about the order of the Bar Council. Everyone appreciated the decision of the Bar Council and congratulated. Said that the organization does not run in an arbitrary manner. The proceedings of that day have been done in a completely arbitrary manner out of a sense of malice. The opinion of any member was not taken by calling a meeting of the general body. Even the advocates who were accused were not given a chance to present their case. The entire proceeding was faulty, which has been stayed by the Bar Council. There is little to appreciate the decision of the Bar Council. Among those who congratulated were Pramod Kumar Singh, Arvind Kumar Singh, Prem Kumar Barnwal, Manoj Kumar Pandey, Virendra Kumar Yadav, Deepak Singh, Santosh Kumar Singh, Shahnawaz Azmi, Gopal Pandey, Ram Gopal Chaurasia, Gobind Chaurasia, Nagendra Rai etc.
