The dance reality show starring Terrence Lewis, Geeta Kapoor and Malaika Arora announced the winner on Sunday, the last of the two best dancers in India. Soumya Kamble from Pune was the winner. The contestant impressed the judges with her dance style which included belly dance and freestyle moves.

Soumya competed against other contestants in the top five, including Gaurav Sarwan, Samrud, Rosa Rana and Raktam Thakur. Choreographer Vartika Dhoi and Soumya performed on the show and the two performed together before taking the trophy home. Soumya was gifted a car and Rs 15 lakh while her choreographer Varthika Dhoi received a check for Rs 5 lakh, Indian Express reported.

They also received a Nataraja as a gift from Asha Bhosle. Zha had earlier said that he would like to choreograph actress Kiara Advani if ​​he joins Bollywood. Both performances throughout the show have received rave reviews from guest judges. Ayushman Khurana, Asha Bhosle, Nora Fateh and Karisma Kapoor also praised her.

Malaika was not part of the final episode due to health issues. Shilpa Shetty Kundra appeared as the judge instead. “Malaika shot for two days with the team. However, she was a little short. Given the time we have, she decided to skip the shoot for the safety of her and everyone on the set. Now, she is doing well. Sorry for not seeing the final,” a source told The Indian Express.

Fatehi came as a judge last year when Malaika contracted the corona virus. She has often appeared on dance reality shows and performed with Terrence. They recently performed with Guru Randhawa to promote their latest collaboration.
