Hollywood star Dakota Johnson Getting ready to step into the world of superheroes together Madame Webb. The project is coming Sony Pictures Spider-Man, also known as the Sony Universe of Marvel characters, is planning multiple projects in an attempt to expand the universe. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Johnson is in talks for a film directed by SJ Clarkson. The screenplay is co-written by Matt Sasama and Burke Sharples.
Madame Webb is a clear-cut mutant who excels at predicting the future of spider-themed superheroes, advising not only Peter Parker’s web-slinger but also multiple generations of heroes known as Spider Woman. The character appeared in the 1980s comic book ‘The Amazing Spider-Man Number 210’.
Sony, which controls the film rights to Spider-Man and other related characters, has already released Venum (2018) and Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2020) as part of the Sony Universe of Marvel character.
Next up is Morbius, starring Jared Leto and co-written by Sasama and Sharpoules. The film will be released worldwide in April. Sony also has Crown the Hunter with star Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
