Lata Mangeshkar passes away: Ajay Devgn, Bhoomi Pednekar and Anushka Sharma offer condolences

Singing epic Lata Mangeshkar Died Sunday, February 6th. The 92-year-old singer was tested positive for Kovidin with mild symptoms and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Breach Candy Hospital on January 8, where Dr. Her sister Usha Mangeshkar confirmed the news and told PTI, “She is not there. She died this morning.”

Mangeshkar’s health improved in January and he was taken off the ventilator but his health deteriorated on Saturday.

Many Bollywood stars including Ajay Devgn, Bhoomi Pednakar, Hansel Mehta and Dia Mirza have taken to social media to pay their last respects to the late singer.

Actor Ajay Devgn tweeted:

Actress Bhoomi Pedenaker shared an old picture of the singers and wrote, “It was a sad day and a great loss for all of us and her fans. Your contribution will last forever. My condolences to the family and all her fans around the world. Om Shanti 🙏 #LataMankeshkar.”

Actor Mrinal Thakur wrote, “Lataji.”
